6. Orders & Transactions

Hamro Koseli facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. Product availability, pricing, and fulfillment are primarily the responsibility of individual sellers.

7. Payments

We support payment methods including:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• eSewa
• Khalti

Hamro Koseli does not store sensitive payment credentials.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Certain handmade, customized, and perishable products may not be eligible for return.
